Hudson’s First Holidays
THERE IS NOTHING MORE WONDERFULLY DISRUPTIVE TO A COSMOPOLITAN COUPLE’S BUSY SCHEDULE THAN THE ARRIVAL OF A BABY!
Bryonie and Kevin quickly found that Hudson was now in charge of their every waking moment—so much so that entertaining friends and family became much more challenging. While visions of sugarplums danced in their heads, Free Spirit Floral decked the halls, mantle, table and front door, taking Hudson and his parents from Thanksgiving to New Year’s.
SARAH HOSTS WITH A SPLASH OF PANACHE
To her, each special occasion is a reason to celebrate her family and friends. She treats them to a smorgasbord of hospitality, served with understated sophistication and tasteful elegance. Whether it is entertaining a houseful of family at the holidays or friends and neighbors for her husband’s 50th birthday, Sarah makes it look easy. She dresses up the occasion with colorful table coverings and sparkling crystal. The floral accents provide the “icing on the cake.”
“LET THEM EAT GRASS!”
That was the declaration by Organic Valley, the National Farmer’s Union and several other agricultural organizations when a Washington State University study found grass-fed cows produce more nutritious milk! In February 2014, they touted the research and celebrated the long-awaited passage of the farm bill with none other than Senator Patrick Leahy of Vermont. Free Spirit Floral was proud to go back to our agrarian roots with grass-themed floral arrangements throughout the Hill Center. Happy cows and healthy people: now that’s something to moo about!
